This morning DECC has published its consultation on proposed minimum energy performance standards for domestic and non-domestic privately rented properties.

We’ve already worked with a number of private landlords, as well as undertaking some research for the UK-GBC and WWF, to show that meeting these standards needn’t be expensive or difficult if retrofit programmes are well-planned.
