It’s great to have had our demo house shortlisted for the CIBSE Building Performance Awards in the ‘Refurbishment Project of the Year (value up to £5 million)’ category. The results will be announced on the 11th February 2014.

We’re up against Hollywood House in Woking, a refurbished office block and Scotstoun House in South Queensferrry, a refurbished Grade B listed building into office space. We’re therefore the only domestic shortlisted property.
