We are looking for an enthusiastic junior member of staff with an interest in analytical approaches to problems to join our energy analysis team.

Location: Earlsfield, London
Hours: Full Time
Contract: Fixed Term (6 months) with expectation of becoming permanent
Closing date: Wed 28th November 2018

We are looking for an enthusiastic junior member of staff with an interest in project work to join our team.

We have recently been awarded a number of high profile funded projects which will enable us to expand our services amongst private householders, working with local and regional authorities. These projects involve partners including local authorities, the GLA, consumer insight professionals, marketing professionals and networks of installers (e.g. plumbers, builders). For some of the projects, Parity Projects is the lead and on others a junior partner.
The projects have secured funding for 6 months with the strong possibility that it will be extended for another 2 years – a year at a time. As such the contract is initially temporary for 6 months, but we expect the position may become permanent and evolve into a more senior role as the company continues to grow. We are looking to recruit as soon as possible: the closing date for applications is Wednesday 28th November, but early applications are encouraged, as we reserve the right to take on a good candidate before that date should one apply.

The key roles of the position include:

  • Project Office work e.g. organising meetings, tracking tasks, collating deliverables, report writing, project finance tracking
  • Training and event support – helping to arrange and run training and events, whilst not expected to deliver training.
  • Marketing support – managing interaction with designers, production and delivery
  • Ad hoc tasks – as a small company, you may also be called upon to perform other tasks as needs require, and ability allows.

The job would suit someone with some experience of running multi month, multi stakeholder projects who has good administrative skills, is highly organised and able to take control and ownership of tasks. The role offers the ability to grow and take on responsibility at a fast pace.
