For those embarking on a larger eco-renovation we can help it all run smoothly.  From assisting with specifications, planning permission and building control to tendering, on site management and quality assurance, this product is designed to be tailored to your needs and be cost effective. We can work alongside your Architect and builders and yourself to help you get the most out of your home upgrade.

Before the project begins most of our clients carry out a Home Energy Masterplan in order to ensure they understand the benefits of the major items. If you conduct a masterplan and then go on to engage us to do project management, we will  reduce your project management costs by the cost of the masterplan.

The masterplan will cover building fabric items and changes to the heating and hot water systems as well as electrical items and renewables. As a matter of course we'll also evaluate any relevant behavioural measures too.

Where you have specific queries we can drill down and undertake more detailed analysis and specification.  An example might be analysing many different wall insulation materials, systems and thicknesses.
