A case study
A detached solid walled house in south London.

The process began with an initial Home Energy Masterplan being undertaken to determine what were the cost effective measures (e.g. what thickness of wall insulation was best) and what renewables would suit the property.

Once the client has worked used the masterplan to choose all the measures they wanted, we were contracted to carry out the project management.  We help with specifying the installation, getting the designs through Planning and Building Control and tendering for contractors. 


The works included external solid wall insulation, installation of a solar hot water panel to complement a range of smaller and more conventional works managed by the homeowner.

During the build we management the client and carried out quality assurance on the works being carried out.
