Parity Projects was the first organisation to develop nationally accredited retrofit training courses in the UK back in 2007. Each course is designed to build capacity within organisations planning to undertake retrofit programmes, and to give businesses the knowledge they need to gain a share of the growing retrofit market.
Our courses include:
- Understanding Sustainable Refurbishment. This award-winning Level 2 Qualification was developed with Awarding Body EAL. Lasting a full five days, the course is intended to provide a strong foundation to anyone looking to gain a greater understanding of retrofit, from policy to best practice. It consists of three units, the first one of which could be run as a one-day introductory session in its own right. To find out more, click here.
- BTEC Level 3 Retrofit Modules. These accredited one-day courses cover various specific elements of the retrofit process, from writing a business case to air-tightness and thermal bridging.
Our accredited courses draw on our long experience of retrofit analysis and practical delivery. Rather than focussing on specific professions or trades, each is intended to support people from across the industry, from asset management and investment teams in Registered Providers, to architects, chartered surveyors, and tradespeople.
Planned dates for or courses can be found here. We are also happy to develop bespoke courses suited to the specific needs of your organisation. To discuss your training plans and how we can help, make an enquiry or contact us today.
