Through workshops with key stakeholders It is designed to equip housing managers with the detailed analysis they need to make strategic decisions on energy saving measures for their property portfolios.

Our unique, bottom-up approach is tailored to take into account not only your properties’ physical details, but also wider plans you may have for their renovation, the way they are used, your strategic aims and budgets, and even installation costs specific to your suppliers.  The final result is comprehensive report (incorporating both strategic recommendations and detailed data) designed to guide your energy efficiency strategy for many years to come, enabling you to cost-effectively meet fuel poverty targets; emissions reduction goals; and reporting requirements as well as, vitally, prepare yourself for the arrival of policies such as the Green Deal.

The process is straightforward. Our team will meet with you to understand your specific needs and objectives, and then work with you to assess your current housing data and fill any gaps in coverage. Once the necessary data is in place, our unique CROHM software is used to develop profiles of the current energy performance of your stock, and to assess installation costs and performance improvements associated with a wide range of measures. The CROHM report then presents a ranking of renovation options available to you according to your various priorities, be they carbon savings, defined payback periods, SAP improvement targets, or resident fuel bill savings.
