FAQs

How much will your Home Energy Master Plan cost?

Our Home Energy Master Plans are an essential investment if you are planning to make improvements to the energy performance of your home now or in the near future, since our experience shows that our independent advice can do much to help you avoid doing the wrong things, in the wrong order, with the wrong people at the wrong price – helping you to make the most of your budget or achieve your desired savings at the lowest cost. We believe that our prices reflect the quality of the service we offer, and the second-to-none analysis that will help guide your renovation plans now and for years to come.

The cost of a HEMP depends on the size of your property, with a pricing structure as follows:

Our network of surveyors means that we can usually carry out the survey without any additional travel costs. If you are unfortunately in an area where we don't yet have a local surveyor then there may be a small travel cost that will be agreed in advance.

Note that we have not raised our prices following the VAT rise on 4th January 2011, and the prices below include VAT at 20% and are available to private individuals (and non-VAT registered organisations).
