Russell founded Parity in 2005 whilst carrying out his own deep eco-renovation – work which inspired the later development of the our renowned Home Energy Masterplan and CROHM stock assessment advice services.
Russell is a fellow of the Centre of Refurbishment Excellence, serves on the Buildings Working Group of the Green Construction Board, and is a Director of RetrofitWorks co-operative.
Chris has ten years of experience with large professional services and investment banking environments in the City. More recently he undertook a Masters degree covering Environmental Architecture the science of how buildings work. Both of these have left him well placed to ensure our products are fit for purpose and good value. He leads on our Home Energy Masterplan development and delivery. Chris is currently “getting his hands dirty” on an eco renovation project on his own home, and you can follow his progress on his blog.
David has been working in the domestic energy sector since 2002, and has particular experience of technical analysis and managing installation of energy saving measures. He joined Parity in 2008, and has been responsible for the development of the Parity Masterplan software. David currently leads our strategic housing stock assessment services.
Alaine’s main responsibilities are the development and delivery of Parity’s strategic housing stock assessment services. She completed a Masters in Environmental Management in 2009, and had previously worked for the Building Centre as well as for 7 years on NASA’s X-ray observatory satellite, Chandra, where she gained vast experience of technical data analysis and database management.
Graham joined us in early 2012 as an Energy Analyst and works primarily on the delivery of our Home Energy Masterplan service. He recently completed his studies towards an MSc in Renewable Energy and the Built Environment at the Centre for Alternative Technology in Wales. Graham also holds a B.Eng in Design (with Product Development) from the University of the West of Scotland.
Joe has been working with Parity since 2012 and has been part of the CROHM stock assessment team since 2013. He has completed a postgraduate degree in Environmental Dynamics and Climate Change and an undergraduate degree in Management and Information Technology. Joe has a particular interest in fuel poverty and has a background working for manufacturing and environmental consultancies.
Megan joined Parity Projects in mid-2012 after completing a MSc in Climate Change Management. She has a background in Environmental Science (BSc) and worked for the Electrical Contractors’ Association (ECA). She brings with her a wealth of knowledge in low carbon government policy in buildings services, and experience in advising contractors on energy efficiency and environmental/waste management issues. Megan is the lead Project Manager on the innovative Square Mile Retrofit Project and works across Parity Projects’ business streams to lead the implementation of our project work.
Jo joined Parity as an energy analyst in early 2015, working mainly on our CROHM stock assessment service. She has completed a degree in Ecology and Conservation (BSc) at the University of Sussex, having used various computer modelling techniques for her dissertation. She also has experience of managing data for a large environmental conservation charity.
Richard is a qualified Chartered Surveyor leads on the practical delivery of our retrofit projects, through design and specification, procurement and programme management, Richard has worked as a project manager for more than 12 years. Prior to joining Parity projects Richard worked with some of the leading London-based property consultancies where he gained huge experience in delivering effective construction projects.
